March 4, 2025, Shenrong's work has been accepted for publication in ACS Nano! In this study, she investigated the translocation dynamics of cell-like particles through geometric constrictions using molecular modeling, revealing stiffness-dependent behaviors of highly flexible particles in confined channels. This work was done in collaboration with Prof. Man at Beihang University. Good job! Congratulations!
2025年3月2日，李志刚同学完成博士答辩。博士论文题目是：基于核酸结构改造的基因敲入及转录调控体系的构建。李志刚同学于2017年9月进入梁好均教授课题组，2019年6月转博，先后由梁好均教授和肖石燕老师负责指导。李志刚同学在研究生期间，先后围绕纳米抗体、CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑系统改造、大片段基因敲入，以及生物菌丝材料等开展了系列研究工作。祝贺志刚！
2024年8月30日，我们课题组与华南理工大学熊梦华教授，中山大学鲍燕研究员合作，在《Science Advances》上发表研究性论文 “Helicity-directed recognition of bacterial phospholipidvia radially amphiphilic antimicrobial peptides”。
2024年6月，周申蓉同学完成硕士答辩。申蓉研究生阶段主要围绕微流场中软粒子的输运动力学开展研究工作。祝贺申蓉！
