Research Interests: light–matter interactions; excited-state dynamics; photophysics & photochemistry; energy-related chemical physics; quantum coherent control.

Current Focus: Ultilizing and developing the state-of-the-art multi-domain ultrafast spectroscopic techniques to interrogate and decipher the microscopic mechanisms underlying the photoinduced physical & chemical processes/behaviors/effects in a variety of complex molecular & nanomaterial systems in the condensed phases.
